Ever wished of living a longer life? if yes then you must have given thought to what you will be doing in those years. will it be a boring one or doing something useful with life? what if you can have a happy life, a life with a purpose and a long life, healthy life?

The book covers interviews of people who lived more than 100 years and they visited places where the life span of persons is more than the life span of people in the rest of the world. and documented the routine of people from those places. It is worth knowing about their experience.

Only living a longer life is not enough. Living healthy and active life is equally important. To have a healthy life it suggests some eating habits and exercises, which anyone can do to have that healthy life. exercises suggested are not like heavy weight lifting they are like walking and moving our body.

you can use this book to find your ikigai or in my terms your worm which will keep you going and make you unaware of time. It is all about having a thinking which keeps you involved like a kid. If you find that thing then you will always be like a kind and if you haven’t yet found that thing then it is your quest to explore the options and find it.
